Terms of Use

You need to be at least 13 and old enough to play Fortnite where you live. If you're under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Rifted is an independent, fan-made app. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite, V-Bucks and related names and images are trademarks or copyrighted works of Epic Games, Inc.

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Linking your Epic Games account is optional. While it's linked, actions you take in Rifted, such as buying or gifting, are made with your Epic account and are covered by Epic's own terms.

Rifted doesn't sell V-Bucks or items. Purchases and gifts happen in your Epic account, use your V-Bucks and follow Epic's rules, including refunds and gifting limits. For help with a purchase or gift, contact Epic Games support.

• We may run giveaways in the app, one at a time. Each one shows its prizes and a countdown to the draw.
• Prizes are codes. Entries follow the rules shown in the app for that giveaway, including daily and extra entries.
• Using several accounts, bots or other tricks to get entries isn't allowed and can disqualify you.
• Winners are drawn when the countdown ends and are told in the app.

Please don't:

• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell Rifted or its data;
• interfere with the app, our servers or other players;
• use Rifted to break the law or Epic's rules.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Some features offer optional rewarded ads from Google. Watching them is always your choice.

The Rifted app, its design and code belong to us. Game content shown in the app, such as item images and names, belongs to Epic Games or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse Rifted's content beyond what the law allows.

We work to keep Rifted running, but features can change, pause or stop, for example when Epic changes its services. Rifted is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions made through your Epic account, such as purchases and gifts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

You can stop using Rifted at any time and delete your account in the app.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and using Rifted after that means you accept it.
